Well-maintained and top-class hotel room with a very comfy bed and private bathroom. The family ambiance in the poolside bar. Free parking onsite provided. No charge for concierge service, ironing and a complimentary breakfast too.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from Thamrin City Trade Mall. The hotel is conveniently close to shopping malls like Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia. The rooms had the best views, especially around the Bunderan HI area.

The stay at Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta was absolutely unforgettable. The hotel is first-rate and extremely comfy, especially the king room. The location is strategic and exceptionally nice, perfect for walking around a luxury mall. The Lyon restaurant is beautiful with its flower decorations, and we enjoyed an authentic lunch there.
